Job Opportunity: Web Developer / Integrator

An expanding Web marketing firm in Pointe-Claire has an immediate availability for an experienced Website developer with good knowledge in Open source solutions to work on an exciting variety of projects.

Job Requirements / Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Excellent attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task
- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Knowledge of WordPress and other content management systems preferred
- Knowledge of SEO standard practises is desired
- Experience with JavaScript and basic PHP is an asset
- Experience with Social media platforms (FB, You Tube, Twitter) a plus

Key Responsibilities

- Handling client updates and revisions to existing sites
- Coding a custom designed Website graphic to an html based site or skin to a WordPress environment
- Integration of content into static sites, WordPress or other content management system
- Ensure proper functioning of all your work as well as checking cross-browser compatibility
- Make use of internal project management system to manage the development process

Additional Info

Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Centrally located office in Pointe Claire, with many public transport options
